Service Description
• 2 hour minimum. • Full buyout of Legacy Room for your next corporate event, meeting, special occasion or party. Price includes Legends' spirits poured during your event by our staff. • Includes 1.5hrs for event setup and 1.5hrs for clean up.
Cancellation Policy
The parties agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. The Renter shall pay to the Legends the sum of $_____ no later than _____ (recommended: 30 days before the commencement of the rental period). Of this amount, $____ is a non-refundable deposit that will be applied to rental charges upon final settlement of accounts. The remainder, $____, is for damages/security deposit which will be returned to the Renter upon settlement, minus any charges for actual damages done to the venue by Renter or his/her associates. In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as “act of god” situations arises, the event may be rescheduled or a refund of the total amount minus the deposit will be issued. 2. The Renter shall have access to and use of the venue from __ o’clock on__, to ___ o’clock on _____, for the purpose of hosting the Renter’s _____ event. Legends shall provide to Renter the following items as per the rental options available. 3. The full rental fee for the use of the venue described in (2) above shall be $____. The balance of the rental fee due, less the deposit described in (1) above, shall be payable to the Legends 48 hours before the rental period described in (2) above. A one month written notice must be submitted to cancel the event and have the deposit refund issued to renter and if notice is not received within one month, the deposit can either be applied to a new event date or forfeited. 4. Renter shall remove all personal property and other items that were not present in the venue when Renter took control of it and will be allowed 1.5 Hours for set up and 1 Hour for breakdown with no additional hourly fee. 5. Upon Renter’s completion of his/her obligations under (4) and (5) above, the Legends shall return to Renter the security deposit minus any amounts deemed necessary to repair damages inflicted upon the venue by Renter and/or Renter’s associates, guests, invitees, contractors, and all other persons whatsoever who enter the venue during the rental period, whether or not such persons did so with Renter’s knowledge or consent. 6. In the event that Renter fails to pay the balance due within the time period agreed upon in this contract, Renter shall be liable for any legal fees, court costs, and other expenses associated with collection to Legends. 7. Renter will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that Legends may incur as a consequence of the the actions of Renter or any
